- 03Automatic data enrichment of companies that trigger signals
- 04Personalised outreach sequences timed to the signal
- 05Weekly signal reports with new opportunities
- 06Meetings booked directly into your calendar

Company visits captured, even when no one fills out a form
Most B2B companies lose 95-98% of their website visitors without knowing who they were. Web intent tracking identifies the companies exploring your website without filling out a form.
How it works
We install a small script on your website. When a company visits you, we identify them via their company domain and automatically enrich the data from LinkedIn and other professional sources. You see:
- 01Which company visited you
- 02How many times they have returned
- 03Exactly which pages they viewed
- 04Industry, size, and location
Company-level tracking
We identify companies via IP lookup and do not track individual people. The information is used to prioritise the sales team's follow-up.
How we use it for you
Every Monday, you receive a curated overview of the week's most important visitors. They are ranked by activity, with details of the pages visited and suggestions for who the team should contact and about what.
If a visitor is already in your outreach pipeline, their priority is raised. New companies are added to the list.
Prioritisation based on current interest
Three visits to a solution page within a week indicate that the company is exploring the topic. Outreach can therefore be prioritised while the interest is current.
The team can thus prioritise 8 companies with observed interest rather than treating 200 prospects the same.

What our clients say.
Our clients describe their experience with the collaboration, the delivery and the use of the solutions.
At Mighty Admins, we have really enjoyed working with Wiinholt & Associates. They have been very proactive with ideas and the development of campaign material, despite our otherwise somewhat complex 'product'. On top of that, they have always been available for adjustments and sparring on the campaigns.
We invite potential customers to a demo of our AI visualization tool — and it opens doors that are otherwise hard to get through. In the meeting, we generate displays with the customer's own brand in real retail environments, live. People can see themselves in the solution right away. It has made our sales conversations significantly more concrete — and the hit rate on first meetings has clearly improved.
At BC Emballage, we have been very happy with our collaboration with Wiinholt & Associates. They have shown professionalism, great service and short execution times — things that are essential in a company like ours. They have moved us incredibly far in terms of our digitalization and the way we work with data. Our warmest recommendations.
Frequently asked questions.
Answers to the most common questions about signals.
What is Signal-Based Outreach?
Outreach triggered by observed buying signals. We monitor job postings, role changes, intent data, and company visits to your website, and contact companies within days of a signal. This typically yields a 20-30% reply rate versus the industry's 1-3%.
Which signals do you track?
We track job postings (e.g. a company hiring a CRO or a Head of Sales), role changes among decision-makers, competitor engagement, intent keywords in the market, and companies visiting your website. Each signal has a playbook that defines timing and messaging.
What is web intent tracking, and is it GDPR-compliant?
We identify companies via IP lookup on the company domain and do not use cookies to track individual people. You see which companies visit you, which pages they view, and how many times they return. Because we do not track individuals, it falls outside GDPR's definition of personal data.
What does Signal-Based Outreach cost?
Service plus signal monitoring, data enrichment, outreach sequences, weekly reports, and meetings booked directly into your calendar are included. Write to martin@wiinholt.dk for pricing.
How long does it take to get started?
Typically 2-3 weeks from contract to first outreach. We spend the first week setting up tracking, defining ICP and signals, and building the messaging. In the second week, we run the first batch of signal-based outreach. You receive weekly signal reports from week three.
How does it differ from traditional cold outreach?
Signal-Based Outreach prioritises a smaller number of companies based on timing. A relevant job posting or three visits to a pricing page within a week shows that the company is exploring an area and gives the message a current context.
