About Wiinholt & Associates.
The team on Ewaldsgade develops custom software and data infrastructure for B2B companies. We also run pipeline services based on our experience with outreach and sales data.

Martin Wiinholt’s professional background.
Martin Wiinholt founded the company behind Wiinholt & Associates in 2015. It first worked with communication and commercial systems. Pipeline operations, data and software development later became part of the deliveries.
As a senior advisor at Hill & Knowlton, Martin led the agency’s technology and digital practice in Copenhagen. He advised Fortune 100 clients, helped Better Place with its Danish launch and worked with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs during COP15. This is where he learned how complex B2B decisions with many stakeholders are made.
In 2014 he founded Gonzo Media, Denmark’s first network for YouTube creators. The agency grew to 50 creators, a streaming platform and 25 employees. The experience made the cost of irregular sales work concrete: when product and operations demand all the attention, the inflow of new customers stops.
At Wiinholt & Associates that experience goes into building solutions around recurring tasks. The solutions are tailored to the company, followed after launch and developed further based on actual use.
Team and competencies.
The team on Ewaldsgade works with commercial strategy, campaign operations and software development. Tasks are divided between advisors, operators and developers within the same project.
Commercial strategy
Martin leads the commercial direction: target audience, positioning and messaging that can open a real B2B conversation.
Campaign operations
The team turns the strategy into campaigns based on buying signals and prospect data, and tracks outreach and replies in ongoing optimisation.
Product and data
Three developers build AI systems, data platforms and integrations from prototype to stable operation.
Project process and responsibility.
Scoping the task
We describe the task from the perspective of the person performing it and the expected change in daily work.
Early validation
We test the most important assumption early and clearly mark which results are documented.
Clear checkpoints
For critical decisions we place checkpoints and specify who can approve the result.
Responsibility after launch
We track errors and changes in the live solution and extend it when the need is documented.
When we are a good fit.
We use AI when the technology can solve a well-defined task with a sufficient data foundation and clear checkpoints. A project typically starts with a narrow version that users can test in their daily work.
Projects work best when the task recurs often, the necessary sources are available, and a responsible person on the client side can follow the implementation. If existing off-the-shelf software covers the need, we will say so at the introductory meeting.
